MSJ Trader – Guidelines for Daraz Sellers

✅ Registration & Onboarding

  1. Submit Seller Details:

  • Register with MSJ Trader via our official website or WhatsApp support.

  • Provide your Daraz Store Name, Seller Center Email, Contact Number, and Warehouse Return Address.

  1. Set MSJ Trader as Return Address:

  • In your Daraz Seller Center, set MSJ Trader’s warehouse as your default return address to ensure all failed deliveries return to our facility for inspection and refund processing.

  1. Order Notification Setup:

  • Enable order notifications to ensure you update MSJ Trader promptly after receiving a new order.

📦 Order Processing & Shipping Guidelines

  1. Shipping Label Submission:

  • Generate the Daraz shipping label from your Seller Center for each order.

  • Share the shipping label in PDF format, and the Screenshot of Payment with MSJ Trader on the product page

  1. Packaging & Dispatch:

  • MSJ Trader will:

    • Print the label.

    • Pack your product securely using standard packaging (as required).

    • Dispatch the parcel to the designated Daraz Hub.

  1. Shipping Fee:

  • A fixed fee of Rs. 50 is charged per order for packaging and Daraz hub delivery services.

  1. Parcel Tracking:

  • Tracking becomes active once Daraz receives and scans the parcel.

  • You can monitor your order status through your Daraz Seller Center

📦 Handling Failed Deliveries & Returns

  1. Return Alerts:

  • Sellers must notify MSJ Trader immediately if an order is marked as Failed Delivery or Returned to Seller in the Daraz dashboard.

  1. Return Processing:

  • MSJ Trader will retrieve the returned parcel from the Daraz hub if the warehouse address is correctly set.

  • Once received and verified, the cost amount will be refunded to the seller.

  1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are issued only if the parcel is returned to MSJ Trader’s warehouse.

  • Sellers must update MSJ Trader in a timely manner for proper coordination and recovery.

💰 Payment & Charges

  1. Advance Payment Requirements:

  • Sellers must pay the product cost plus Rs. 50 for delivery in advance for each order.

  1. Daraz-Paid Orders:

  • For delivered orders, payment will be directly processed in your Daraz Seller Center account by Daraz as per their policy.

  1. Failed Deliveries:

  • If the parcel is returned and was paid for in advance, MSJ Trader will refund the cost after successful recovery of the item.

📞 Support & Communication

  • Prompt Communication:

    • Always share order and return updates promptly with MSJ Trader via the official WhatsApp support or the Seller Portal.

  • Working Hours:

    • Our team operates Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM. Orders or messages outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.

  • Bulk Orders:

    • For bulk order handling, contact our support for customized logistics and packing solutions.

📝 Important Notes

  • Ensure your Daraz product inventory is up to date to avoid failed orders.

  • All parcels must comply with Daraz’s packaging and label requirements.

  • MSJ Trader is not responsible for:

    • Orders not handed over to us.

Returns if the return address is not correctly updated in the Daraz dashboard.
